The Knife Stores began April 1, 2007 operating in a Kiosk at Carolina Mall in Concord, NC. Within one year we expanded and moved into a 4500 square foot building in Kannapolis, NC, where we are presently located. We have one of the largest retail cutlery showrooms in North Carolina open to the public.
